Responsibilities work with multidisciplinary teams to advance complex projects; Contribute to analysis, and studies to examine the urban, and policy contexts of projects Work collaboratively with peers to define various planning and design solutions Building inspections Support the urban design analysis and summarization of policy documents, zoning-by-laws and background studies; Assist in the preparation reports, presentations, graphic renderings, cartographic visuals, plans, and drawings Attend project and client meetings Support the preparation of reports, presentations with clients and project stakeholders; Work independently and exercise judgement on specific tasks to support the overall project team; Communicate clearly, professionally, and persuasively, both orally and in writing; Adapt and respond to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment; Work autonomously and assist in meeting other project needs Support senior staff who manage projects and different aspects of our business Qualifications Bachelor’s degree / technical degree on urban planning, landscape architecture or a related discipline Proficient in French (oral & written communication) and intermediate level in English Proficient in use of software like Excel, Sketchup, InDesign, photoshop and other graphic design tools Knowledge of LEED and other sustainability rating systems Candidate must be eligible to work in Canada Valid driving license
